Courier Terms & Conditions
By creating shipments and using the platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Platform role
The platform operates solely as a technology intermediary that connects senders with independent couriers. The platform is not a courier, carrier, seller, buyer, or owner of any shipped goods. - Sender status
You confirm that you are the lawful owner or authorized seller of the shipment goods and that you have the full legal right to send, sell, and transfer such goods to recipients. - Ownership of goods and funds
All shipment goods and their monetary value remain your property and revenue. Shipment values are not sales of the platform and are not revenues of the courier. The platform does not acquire ownership, custody, or resale rights over the goods. - Shipping fees and platform revenue
Shipping fees are service fees for delivery and platform usage. The platform’s revenue is limited to its share of shipping fees after deducting courier fees and operating costs, including payment gateway fees, server costs, SMS and OTP costs, and related expenses. - Payment and settlement scenarios
You may choose who covers the shipment value and shipping fees. Depending on your selection, couriers may collect amounts from recipients or rely on payment guarantees and authorization holds. You acknowledge that the platform facilitates these flows but does not guarantee payment beyond the agreed mechanisms shown in the app. - Courier independence
Couriers are independent service providers. The platform does not supervise, direct, or control how deliveries are performed beyond technical and compliance requirements. - Responsibility transfer
Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the courier once the shipment is physically picked up. Prior to pickup, you remain fully responsible for the accuracy, condition, and legality of the shipment. - Packaging and accuracy
You are responsible for proper packaging, accurate description, correct shipment value, correct recipient details, and disclosure of any special handling requirements. Any losses or issues caused by incorrect information or poor packaging are your responsibility. - Prohibited and restricted items
You must not send illegal, prohibited, dangerous, or restricted items under Jordanian law. You bear full legal and financial responsibility for violations, and the platform may suspend your account and report violations to authorities if required. - Failed delivery and returns
If delivery fails due to recipient unavailability, refusal, incorrect details, or other non-courier fault, the shipment may be returned to you. Shipping fees may be non-refundable, and you may be charged return or additional delivery costs as shown in the app. - Disputes and claims
Any disputes related to shipment value, product quality, pricing, or commercial transactions are strictly between you and the recipient. The platform is not responsible for such disputes. - Liability limitations
The platform is not liable for indirect, consequential, or commercial losses, including loss of profit, business interruption, or customer disputes, except where liability cannot be excluded by law. - Monitoring and data usage
You consent to the platform collecting and using shipment, payment, communication, and tracking data for operational, compliance, security, and dispute resolution purposes. - Account suspension and termination
The platform may suspend or terminate your account in cases of fraud, misuse, prohibited shipments, repeated disputes, non-payment, or violation of these terms. - Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably between the parties or through the competent Jordanian courts. - Acknowledgment
By checking this box, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and accept full responsibility as a sender using the platform.
