Courier Terms & Conditions
By registering as a courier and accepting shipments through the platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Platform role
The platform operates solely as a technology intermediary connecting senders (sellers) with independent couriers. The platform is not a seller, merchant, carrier, trader, or owner of any shipped goods. - Courier status
You act as an independent service provider and not as an employee, agent, or representative of the platform. You are fully responsible for the services you provide. - Ownership of shipment goods and funds
All shipment values represent revenues of the sender (seller). Such amounts are not sales of the platform and are not revenues of the courier. Neither the platform nor the courier acquires ownership or resale rights over the shipped goods. - Platform revenue
The platform’s revenue is limited exclusively to shipping fees paid by senders or recipients, after deducting courier fees and applicable operating costs, including payment gateway fees, server costs, SMS and OTP costs, and related operational expenses. - Authorization hold and settlement mechanism
Upon physical pickup of a shipment, an authorization hold equal to the shipment value plus shipping fees may be placed on your registered payment card, depending on the payment configuration selected by the sender. This authorization hold serves as a financial guarantee and does not constitute payment unless explicitly deducted as described below. - Settlement scenarios
a. Shipment value paid by sender and shipping fees paid by sender
An authorization hold equal to the shipment value plus shipping fees is placed upon pickup and fully released once the shipment is marked as delivered. Your share of the shipping fees is credited to your in-app wallet and may be withdrawn after delivery completion.
b. Shipment value paid by sender and shipping fees paid by recipient
An authorization hold equal to the shipment value plus shipping fees is placed upon pickup and fully released upon delivery. The platform deducts only its shipping fee share. You may collect the shipping fees directly from the recipient using cash, bank transfer, CliQ, or any other accepted method.
c. Shipment value and shipping fees paid by recipient
An authorization hold equal to the shipment value plus shipping fees is placed upon pickup. Upon successful delivery, the full amount is deducted from your card. You may collect the shipment value and shipping fees directly from the recipient using cash, bank transfer, CliQ, or any other accepted method.
d. Shipping fees paid by sender and shipment value paid by recipient
An authorization hold equal to the shipment value plus shipping fees is placed upon pickup. Upon delivery, only the platform’s shipping fee share is deducted, and the remaining held amount is released. You may collect the shipment value and shipping fees directly from the recipient using cash, bank transfer, CliQ, or any other accepted method.
- Failed delivery and returns
In case of a failed delivery, the authorization hold shall not be released until the shipment is marked as returned to the sender. No courier fees or shipping compensation shall be paid for failed deliveries. - Responsibility and liability
From the moment you physically receive the shipment, you assume full responsibility for it, including loss, damage, delay, misdelivery, theft, or tampering while under your possession or control. - Proof of pickup and delivery
You must comply with all required verification steps, including OTPs, photos, signatures, timestamps, or any other proof required by the platform. Failure to provide valid proof may result in full liability being assigned to you. - Prohibited items
You must not accept shipments containing illegal, prohibited, or restricted items under Jordanian law. Acceptance of such items transfers full legal and financial responsibility to you. - Penalties and liabilities
Any penalties, shortages, damages, or financial liabilities attributed to you must be settled within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. Failure to settle may result in account suspension, deduction from your available balance, or legal action under Jordanian law. - Suspension and termination
The platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently deactivate your account in cases of non-payment, repeated failures, misconduct, fraud, or breach of these terms. - Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the platform from any claims, losses, damages, penalties, or legal costs arising from your actions, omissions, or violations of these terms. - Monitoring and data usage
You consent to the collection and use of delivery-related data, including location, communications, timestamps, and logs, for operational, compliance, and dispute resolution purposes. - Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes shall be resolved between the platform and the courier, or through the competent Jordanian courts. - Acknowledgment
By checking this box, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and accept full responsibility as an independent courier service provider.
